BP Plc delayed testing a new cap placed over its leaking Gulf of Mexico oil well to give scientists more time to study the procedure used to measure pressure levels.<br><br>Comment: Is this a form of collusion? Should the government now become responsible if it gives the go ahead for the problems that arise if it does not work? I think BP is smart to pass the buck here and share the responsibility, but the shift of the burden of the analysis is like shifting the blame if things don't work out.

Ok, Blame BP is easy. Blaming Obama is easy. Blaming the Oil itself, now that is an angle. Damn oil shouldn't be sooo deep. Actually that is the excuse that the executives have used all along. BP BS is more like it. The executives keep claiming "an operation like this has never been done so far below the surface", as if we selected them to be astronauts for our nation. They shouldn't be down there in the first place if they can't work in that environment.
